Exchanges at Mashriki are catered in following situations:
- If you want to change size of stitched article.
- If article bought is defective
- If there’s a missing piece in your order.
- If the order received is incorrect.
Articles bought from Mashriki can be exchanged within 12 days of receiving it from our Online Store not from any Retailer.
- It is unused
- It still has the label and tag in their original state.
- Mashriki is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print, or fading of colors due to washing as care instructions are already attached with every order.

You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information.
